  Former Teaching Master at post-secondary level as part-time college faculty

 For the last 13 years operated LMP Inc., a federally incorporated company dedicated to human services capacity building from the individuals and teams to the broader levels of organizational, community and state.

 Designer and implementer of professional development curricula and organizational and community development strategies

Public sector policy development

Human rights and policing initiatives

Direct management of program budgets up to $80 million annually

Shared senior management responsibility for departmental operating budgets of up to $1.2 billion annually

Executed line and staff level responsibilities for up to 1,200 bargaining unit employees, 120 management staff

Branch director responsible for specialized vocational services to more than 100,000 clients per year.

Directed and managed partnerships with employers, educators and both not-for-profit and private sector service providers to establish service and access agreements on behalf of Canada's fifth largest government.

Senior negotiator with the government of Canada on refugee, immigration, employment and training matters and with ministries engaged in labour market adjustment and adult education programs.

¬∑¬ ¬ ¬ ¬ ¬ ¬ ¬ ¬ ¬  Directed contract procurement with colleges, school boards, agencies and other organizations to provide competitive employment for long-term unemployed workers, matching them to over 14,500 jobs over a 30-month period.¬ 

Developed automated information and case management systems for employment services, including interfaces with social assistance and unemployment insurance systems.

Regional consultant on vocational counselling strategies, methods and tools

Developed and implemented employment counselling policies, programs and services

Designed and delivered performance-based staff training initiatives

 Implemented landmark technology-based vocational tools vocational tools throughout Ontario, such as CHOICES.
